feat: add deployment manifests for MARA deployment

Proposed changes

This change updates the manifest files in kubernetes-manifests to be compatible with the deployment of the NGINX Modern Application Reference architecture repository, kic-reference-architectures.

Note that these manifests are specifically written for use with the above repository. The original development manifests have been retained in the dev-kubernetes-manifests subdirectory, although these are not being actively maintained as part of the Bank of Sirius project.
