Add support and examples for NGINX App Protect in KIC #20

Currently, the reference architecture does not provide any examples or configuration for enabling NGINX App Protect. This change will add configuration and examples.

Currently, we don't have prebuilt KIC image that includes opentracing and nap. So this will require that we build from source.
