Report NGINX Ingress Controller Configmap Keys #5952

As an engineer of NGINX Ingress Controller, I would like to add our Configmap keys to our telemetry reporting so that we can better know which set of features are popular amongst our users.

- [ ] Add ConfigMapKeys as a comlun in telemetry
- [ ] Only report [configmap keys that are recognised by NGINX Ingress Controller](https://docs.nginx.com/nginx-ingress-controller/configuration/global-configuration/configmap-resource/#configmap-keys)
