How to monitor multiple sites on the same server

Hello. I have one server and several sites. Each site writes its own access log. How Amplify monitoring this and how can this be divided?

I am trying to do the same thing, pulling my hair out trying to get it to notice that I have virtual servers, some on different ports.

It would be nice if we could run multple agents for each virtualhost.
