Should this module be migrated to the OpenTelemetry contrib community? #31

It would be ideal if the OTEL community maintained and managed this module and, perhaps, work on ways to abstract some of the ideas here into other script-like OTEL features for infrastructure configuration/definition.

At the moment, no, as current implementation uses very little of OTel SDK. Though, I don't see a problem with keeping it within F5/Nginx either. I'm not sure I understand the part about "script-like OTEL features"...
