hmm.
Could you try double clicking on the Library/Genius/Playlists labels to see if
they expand.
I'll run up the latest build on my mac but I haven't got lion yet as my mini
only has 1Gb ram.

Also does it at least load the main library songs into the bottom right pane?

The new build works ok on Snow Leopard.
Could you open Console and let me know what messages you get from TunesRemote
and Java

Main listing loads fine, clicking or double-clicking does not unfold anything.

Thanks. I may need to put out a build with more debug turned on.
However in the meantime if you dont mind could you try something for me:
Could you Ctrl-Click on the TunesRemoteSE application and select show package
contents.
Expand the Contents folder and edit Info.plist
Change the Java/VMOptions Value from:
-Xverify:none -Xms256m -Xmx512m -XX:PermSize=32m -XX:MaxPermSize=192m
to
-Xverify:none
Save and restart TunesRemote
I'm betting your requirement for the playlist folders implies a large library.
I wonder whether its tripping some of the memory options I added to try to
speed launch on OSX.

Yep that did the trick. But now playlists are always displayed outside the
bottom edge:

Plus there are other graphical issues if you open/close folders:

yeah, I'm now getting random displays on my Snow Leopard machine. At least it
should provide me something to debug

OK I think I've spotted a threading issue which is why it was often corrupting
the playlist tree. Have uploaded a test build for you to try in the downloads
section.
