TravisCI "make fast" error is non-fatal #67

Travis reports errors during make fast but these are non-fatal. Error message indicates possible memory issues during compilation.

Everything else runs as expected.

I was going to update to a newer stackage LTS anyway to release ngless 0.8, so that may fix it.

In the meanwhile, it's more of an annoyance than anything else.

Updating LTS fixed travis!
