Mass in .pdb files #1025

The bfactor field is taken from the column that usually is the mass in .pdb files?

There is no column for mass in PDB file. See https://www.wwpdb.org/documentation/file-format-content/format33/sect9.html#ATOM for documentation on the ATOM records.
