RangeError: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView

error:

ngl.js:1 Uncaught (in promise) RangeError: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView
at DataView.getFloat32 (<anonymous>)
at e._parse (ngl.js:1)
at ngl.js:1

This error doesn't show up when served from a local server (http-server), everything works perfectly.
But when I deploy it to https://tesla-cat.github.io/site/post/plans/md , this error occurs!
Strangely, the copy of example webapp https://tesla-cat.github.io/ngl/ works with GitHub pages!
