how can i select a dihedral drag to rotate

Hi @luckyxutao ! I am not sure to understand what you actually mean by selecting a dihedral to rotate.

Do you want to edit the structure by drawing and rotating around a dihedral? If that's the case, for now NGL does not have editing capabilities. The only selection you can make are related to adding measures (Ctrl + click on atoms). But it's not yet possible to modify coordinates.
