To avoid 'builds on my machine'.

Ideally this would build and test on Windows, OSX, and Linux environments, as there are a few cross-plat issues I've encountered during development.

[x] Linux/OSX builds on travis
[x] Windows build on appveyor
[ ] Run tests on both travis and appveyor (depends on https://github.com/ngm/Pickles.NetCore/issues/6)
[ ] Create packages on appveyor
