Features on feature model should be 'incomplete' until passing or failing BDD feature exists #1

Have resolved this by making items on the feature model orange while they are inconclusive.

Inconclusive means either they have no associated acceptance test with them, or they have an associated test but the test layer code hasn't been implement yet.
