They're coming from here, automatically populated if I retrieve the post: image

This seems like a good approach from Chris' site:

but I wonder where that short name property comes from? Manually edited, or it comes from Aaron's note?

Aaron's site has the full note content as the p-name of the h-entry, so I guess Chris manually edited it.
