New Home button function

Type a detailed description about your request: 

because of all the task switchers coming out it would be beneficial to have the 
home button have another option "move to default desktop/Open App...". I would 
imagine this would be very easy to do and would love to see this feature. 

Attach mock-ups/screenshots if you can.

Please provide any additional information below.

I found use version 1.3.6 after change the local language from phone's Setting 
menu,when you click the open/close App Drawer to show the all application,the 
application's label not change the display language
