Icon Packs for Docks #215

What are the chances of including a system where themers could include multiple 
versions of dockbars (colors, styles, transparencies) that could be applied to 
installed themes. Sort of like how the icon packs from any of the installed 
themes can be used for the custom shortcuts.  Not sure if the extra ones could 
be added to themes and cataloged like the icon packs or if a separate "Dock 
Pack" could be downloaded and installed containing any number of options to 
both the standard dock and/or the new dock.
