clear data the same way you can uninstall an app. #251

When you drag an app to the bin at the bottom of the screen there would be a 
slightly shorter pause than usual then it would say 'clear data' then another 
pause before the usual uninstall.  Or after the pause there is 2 options, clear 
data on the left, uninstall on the right.
