Long Press Widgets Action #370

Some widgets have long press functions:

By default long pressing on a widget brings up the ADW Edit options, for 
repositing, deleting widgets etc.

But if the home screen is locked, then we should be able to long press a widget 
to use that widget's long press action.

eg.

PowerAMP Widget, long pressing on the shuffle button brings up a mini menu, but 
if you are using ADW Launcher as opposed to another launcher (eg. Touchwhizz), 
then nothing happens, or if desktop is unlocked we get the ADW Menu.

PS. By Home screen is locked i mean, Unlock/Lock Desktop mode in ADW.
