Cannot use cropped static wallpaper on Galaxy Note #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose picture from gallery
2.Choose part of wallpaper and press SAVE
3.Picture on wallpaper will be centered and zoomed :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see cropped part of picture as wallpaper, but picture on wallpaper is 
centered and zoomed

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
Samsung Galaxy Note N7000, fw 2.3.6, ADWLauncher EX 1.3.3.56

Please provide any additional information below.
