ADWLauncher won't start/can't be started #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I updated my phone recently, and then the battery died (not while updating, 
but at a later date).
2. I charged my phone and turned it on.
3. ADWLauncher has been disabled and I cannot reactivate it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I'd expect to see would be, after pressing the "Home" button, a menu 
asking what program I'd like to complete the action with.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
I'm using an HTC Evo 4G on Android 2.3.5, with ADWLauncher 1.3.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried clearing data and uninstalling/reinstalling the Launcher, but I'm not 
getting any results.
