My status bar auto hides even though I do not have that option selected. #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  It seems to only happen after I make any ADW settings changes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the option is deselected my status bar should always be visible on the home 
screens.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?  ADW: 1.3.6, Droid Bionic, Android version 2.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
