Extract ordering and grid layout to input #30

This finishes the work for issue #27 by allowing users to specify contraction ordering and grid layout through text files. A new, fully-generic binary is now the default. Remaining TODO items include:

Move behavior from binary to a library and add tests (e.g. for bristlecone_48/70)
Fully document the format of the new config files
