Split English into UK and US variants #38

The "English" text has a mix of American and British terminology and spellings Tire/Tyre Program/Programme Deck lid/Load compartment Hood/Bonnet Gas lock/Fuel flap lock Distance traveled/Distance travelled

I have replace the en.json file with two variants en_uk.json and en_us.json

Hi @mrspouse , I guess I misunderstood your point with the suggestion to split the en into 2 variants. In the last commit I added the en_GB.json file. Make a new branch with that new file and please change the strings for the GB variant and create a new PR. The other files are auto-generated, so leave them as they were. I will add this translation for GB to card, thanks a lot.

No @ngocjohn, you didn't misunderstand, I spotted a few more differences as I started editing so thought I would make the two variants. It doesn't help that MB use US spellings for their API! I'll do what you suggest now. Just happy to help.
