XBee Internet Gateway does not work on Digi ConnectPort X3 #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile XIG v1.3.2 from source tree for Python v2.6
2. Execute on ConnectPort X3, note failure

It turns out that v2.0.2.0 of the ConnectPort X3 does not support the XBee 
transmit status feature supported on other Digi ConnectPort gateways.  The XBee 
retransmit code--along with some other minor issues--prevents the ConnecPort X3 
from working.

We will work on these issues to try and produce at least a beta-quality release 
for v1.4 of the XIG.

We are still waiting on the latest release of the ConnectPort X3 firmware.  It 
should be soon now.  Word from Digi is that the new version of the firmware has 
entered their test department...
