Multi-Catalog support: Display the last used Catalog instead of the default one. #132

This is already possible - you just have to unselect the "always show default 
catalog" - then you'll return to last config/catalog you'vebeen when you left.

Ah. OK. I havn't found this option in my Version (Rev 2171). I'll look at HEAD 
as soon I've found the reason why my VS 2010 tries to reload the project every 
10 seconds (This happens only at this project.).
