Simplify AMCupdater user interface #138

AMCupdater offers a lot of options, that makes it difficult to get it working 
for unexperienced users.
GUI should only provide basic elements and all advanced options could be hidden 
in advanced options dialog.
Supporting "usa cases" instead of let users do a lot of settings should improve 
user experience.

Good idea Guzzi, AMCUs GUI can be very overwhelming until you get to understand 
what the settings are for.

Not sure if it should be here or a separate issue but I would like to improve 
the 'Status window to display:
1. The #of 'orphans' found
2. The current movie title being added
3. Maybe the current update - i.e. movie info, cover, fanart, person images (if 
enabled) etc.
So it would look something like this:
Status: # movies found, importing (or updating): Movie Title - info (or # 
covers, # fanarts, # person images - # decreases as update progress

Then you rarely need to show the log window which is very hard to read and 
often in the way!

I will "resolve" this one with the rework we've done in the Exp AMCupdater GUI 
settings branch.
Please open a new issue for the remaining rework items - actually, I suggest to 
split them into smaller pieces, where possible, so it will be easier to get 
them done in the future. A huge rework might lead to slip to a very late date 
due to the implications and amount of work.
