Add Fanart for Cover manager #142

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
GUI - Cover manager
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
The current preview backdrop only displays a portion of the cover. Thus I
propose adding a larger preview of cover in proper resolution, and then skins
can add the movie fanart if they wish as a backdrop.

How would you expect it to work? Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images (screenshots), scenarios or examples from other Plugins?
Same as preview does now, and I would be happy with same random fanart for
movie as in Main List, OR the multiimage control used in Details Screen, or
even a single fanart image.

So can we use the existing property for fanart - or do we have to add new one!?
Do we have to add separate control(s) for the fanartmanager skin?

In fact, fanart displays correctly in Default skin in 6.0.0/1 using control ID
1000 and #myfilms.fanart skin property. The only issue is that it displays the
fanart of the last film viewed - which in most cases will be fine.

AFAIK the ONLY case were it does not work correctly is if you page down in
Details view , then got to Cover Manager rather than returning to main
window/facade and selecting a new film. So one solution may be to 'reset'
selected item when you navigation in Details window?
