Add OV stream player for trailers #145

For trailer infos, that contain a URL/link, OV stream player can be used to 
directl play that stream. tnx Damien for helping!

IIUC this is related to Issue#261 -  Allow local caching for trailers of online 
content. If so, verified and can be moved to Normal mode.

No, this issue is to allow to play online trailers without first downloading 
them - streaming. It uses the OV streaming player for that purpose, so OV has 
to be installed.
If caching is disabled, this feature still works and you save bandwith and 
storage.
