Update the presets for Setup Wizard and User Items #155

Due to introduction of AMC4 support and separate user items for details view, 
the presets for new configs need to be adjusted:

Changed user items as follows:
AMC3 presets (assuming they are different)
Main Screen
1.  Category
2.  Country
3.  Director
4.  Languages
5.  Date
Details Screen/Items
1.  Category
2.  Country
3.  Director
4.  Producer
5.  Languages
6.  Date

AMC4 and other external catalogs:
Main Screen
1.  Category
2.  Country
3.  Director
4.  Languages
5.  Certification
Details Screen
1.  Category
2.  Country
3.  Director
4.  Producer
5.  Writer
6.  Certification

Change tooltips for DB field recommendations for Enhanced Watched Handling

Setup Wizard:
Change Defaults for AMC4 (Trailers -> SourceTrailer, Watched Status -> Watched)
Add “SampleMovies” to country settings – that one will be same as 
“USA”, but use IMDB-Full as grabber and populate all fields, thus allowing 
skinners to get fully populated DB.
Set “AMC4” as default preset Catalog type (as AMC4 is now latest stable 
release)

Note: this issue is related to 135: User items are shared between Main and 
Details view.

With the change in setup presets - Default skins need updating as new user 
display items now duplicate db fields which are still displayed in both Default 
and DefaultWide skins, both Main and Details screen, both AMC3 and AMC4 catalog 
types - see screenshots

Catalog types other than AMC seem to use AMC4 presets? I think in most cases 
this is correct (as they support Writer/Certification) but I am not sure about 
EMM/NFO formats - the wiki docs don't show those fields supported - maybe ncoH 
knows?

Will update MP12 skins main screen for using useritems. MP12 skins details 
screen is already done - I suppose that was the value bug or wrong skin file 
you used.
nfo/emm is an AMC4 catalog - so those presets will be used.

Verified that Wizard now presets cover images prefix to 'pictures\'
