Add support for facade image for "Show All" entries in facade #157

To give skinners the ability, to use an image for the "Show All" option in the 
new views menu, MyFilms should look for "ShowAll.png" in Skin's Media subfolder 
and display it, if it is there.

Why? My Films displays the default view image for the items on Show all lists 
and the view image should match.

All other menu images are customizable by the user, not by skinner. If skins 
wish, they can provide a set of custom view images that can be used by all MF 
users.

Note: works almost like other views:
- checks, if an image "ShowAll.jpg" is in Default images folder
- if not falls back to Views default image (as other entries)

Oops, missed that this got changed from 6.1.0 to 6.0.0! 
Added a note about the Show All image to the Custom Artwork and Views Setup 
wiki pages.
