Updated metro styling of all english strings #14

Updated metro styling of all english strings to lowercase page titles, proper case control labels and uppercase application name as per Microsoft metro design guidelines.

I have some more commits that remove the home button (breaks metro guidelines) and clean up the alignment of UI elements but I thought I would start small with this initial pull request.
