Need to use different client name if it was created before. #501

I created a client in the web portal and everything was working fine. Then I deleted the client and recreated using same name. While I was connecting to the VPN tunnel, the app was telling me that I did not receive any data, and of course I could not access local resources in my lan. Finally I deleted the client and recreated using different name. Now everything is working ok.

Did you "Apply config" (to trigger the Wiregard Server restart) after deleting/creating the client? The name doesn't matter. It must be something else wrong. Please describe the step in detail to help me reproduce the issue. Thank you!

Yes, I did click the Apply config after each step. The steps I followed were these:

  1. Create client in portal and scan qr code with mobile device
  2. Connect to vpn using mobile device
  3. Delete the profile configuration from mobile device
  4. Delete the client in wireguard portal
  5. Step 1 for new client using same name
  6. Step 2 using mobile device, however from the mobile application I could only see bytes received and not bytes send

I have since remove the setup and used wg-easy
