jar file name is wrong #13

I was not able to open the file initially because of the wrong file name. It should be changed to the most updated file name ([CS2113....) Screenshot 2021-11-12 at 5.18.29 PM.png

Team's Response

The naming of our app has been changed to comply with the naming format of the DG submission. However, when we release the app it is planned to be named as 'CCAManager'.
