Discord Notification Support - PR #88

Hello,

From analyzing existing slack functionality, I have added working Discord notification support. Users just need to create a webhook for their discord channel and copy the url to the webhook field option in settings. I hope you find the code acceptable and please note that TMDB appears to have hotlinking disabled which causes some images to not show in discord unless you click them.
