Only Admins are requesting, but its other users. #89

Love this. I’ve had an issue with my UnRaid and it lost metadata on all my media and settings for Request Channel. Last time when a request was made the username would show me who had asked for that media, but not since the loss of settings. I hoping its just one setting, but can’t see one that makes sense. Thanks

hello duncanjc,

if i understand correctly you had a user request some content, and you recieved a notification which stated the user 'admin' had requested the content. (please correct me if im wrong) AFAIK there isnt any setting to control this, it should be happening by default. Please enable debugging within the menu if not already enabled, have the user make another request, and provide the log located at Logs/com.plexapp.plugins.plexrequestschannel.log

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I've been on holiday and the plex server miss behaved as soon as I was out of range.

Attached are the logs. Last requests came in last night for Marked for Death, Hard to Kill and Out for Justice. I have request channel email on my gmail account, but in both the email and the request channel it shows the requester as admin. Thanks for looking into this.
