Playback implementation #111

Hello ngraziano. I have added an implementation for the playback feature in rtsp. This code is based on onvif replay extension, with the needed headers implemented. This code is tested with our internal cameras (will not work on Bosch cameras, they use a very custom playback url, and cannot integrate easily here).

Let me know if you this code can be ok for you
