Vignette: `boot_data` missing #46

boot_data is used on line 384 before being defined: https://github.com/ngreifer/WeightIt/blob/master/vignettes/estimating-effects.Rmd#L384

This breaks compilation of the vignette.

Yes, I am stupid. No idea why this wasn't caught in any checks and only fails on fedora. Update coming soon.
