Why/Overview:

all actions which use cel have updated documentation
CelTemplatingSyntaxExplanation added to all above pages
More examples added to each action for easier onboarding
updated copy-text for less confusing explanations

Validation:

Most helpful would probably be:

Did KC forget to update one of the actions that now includes cel
Quick speeling check / glance-over
