Fixed an issue in the trailer that affected tests, brought over other changes from ngrok-python, just did as a pull request to make life easier on both of us 😄
I changed back the bump in packages.json because the release process bumps the version in the many many package.json's for all the different architectures, so don't have to do in PR's.
