Improved docstring formatting #10

The docstrings had really long lines and were very hard to read. I've spruced up the formatting a bit.

Thanks, merged! ring-middleware-format was one of my very first Clojure lib and a lot of the code could use a refactoring really. But, as it is still working fine and I have no new features in mind, I find it hard to get motivated.
