Bump to clj-yaml 0.7.107 #77

Currently there is a vulnerability flagged, because clj-yaml 0.6.0 was using snakeyaml 1.23 which has CVE-2017-18640 https://clojars.org/clj-commons/clj-yaml/versions/0.7.107

I've pushed out 0.7.5 with updated dependencies.
