Hello, Aren't there any available ckpts that can be shared without being exposed to any internal data? e.g. ones trained on OAS sequences?

Hello, You should be able to train a model from scratch in under a day using the code we provide if you have access to a GPU. The OAS data is already available here: https://github.com/ngruver/NOS/tree/main/data.
