Fix demo issues #21

[x] Fix the flick event work properly.
[x] Fix touch indicator.

I don't seem to get any flick events. Tested on Android in both Firefox and Chrome.

Flick event indicator is now enabled, but there is no specific animation associated to it. For the touch indicator, I don't think it was still enabled.
