Draft for workshop #7 notes.

some planning/workshop flow to do's:

add in demos/exercises - perhaps find demo data that is not bioinformatics-centric
how to fit this part of the title in - "executing long-running analyses on remote computers"? (SLURM/HPC is in a later workshop)

hi @marisalim I found this material while preparing for workshop 6 over in https://github.com/ngs-docs/2021-august-remote-computing/pull/26. Dunno if you'd seen it before, might be helpful.

Note that I could include the subsetting section (just down to variables) in workshop 6 quite easily - what do you think?

@ctb yes, agree! i saw that and it would be great if you could cover subsetting/variables tomorrow.

err, I was thinking just subsetting, not variables.

@marisalim the contents in https://github.com/ngs-docs/2021-august-remote-computing/pull/26 is pretty much what I'm thinking. Structure and specifics may change a bit but I'm not thinking of adding more content. Feedback welcome if you would prefer otherwise - I have to admit to not having looked at workshop 7 lately :).
