fix bullet point formatting (5.2.5)

What I’m doing here is using piping and filtering (from workshop 2) to: take the contents of the Character column, produced by csvtk sorting the contents (sort) counting the number of distinct elements (uniq -c) sorting the counts from least to most by number (sort -n) * and then showing only the last 10 (tail)

compare and contrast conda with a virtual machine - conda is not a VM ;)
