Is there any work or reading we should do in preparation for this workshop?

We'll be sending out some information in the next few days, but the basis for much of the pedagogy in the train the trainers workshop is from How Learning Works http://www.amazon.com/How-Learning-Works-Research-Based-Principles/dp/0470484101 so we recommend reading that before the workshop.
