Text size, fonts are all good
Jupyter/browser window looks a little distorted - can it be resized?
Nice orientation to Nano! Maybe link to the docs in the video?
The Snakefile says “download data from osf/somehash” but there are different hashes getting downloaded in the rules
There’s sooo many snakefile rules. If there’s a way to run many at once, can you hint to that when you show all the rules?
Add a short intro of who this is for, what the video will accomplish and assumptions going in. Ideally this would happen in text on the screen but that may require too much video editing. Or I guess you could open a file?
Show steps of how you get to the binder terminal
Consider getting a greenscreen or other background hider to allow the audience to focus on you
my own thoughts-
demonstrate output at end using a download rule
create output for download, input for uncompress genome
use Terminal on farm instead of a binder
is there a pointer highlighter/click thing?
captioning thoughts:
have text avoid bottom of screen for CC - bottom 10%
