Software trigger realignment when using CDR triggers on Teledyne LeCroy 8Zi oscilloscopes #601

Basic idea is to emulate the trigger in software postprocessing, find the position we "should have" triggered on, then shift the digitized waveform to make the actual UI of the trigger line up with the trigger arrow.

Closing as wontfix, bug elsewhere (was using wrong trigger config)
