This PR adds support for horizontally scrolling through waveforms with a horizontal scroll wheel or Shift+Scroll.

Also:

Replaces deprecated ImGui::SetItemUsingMouseWheel with ImGui::SetItemKeyOwner(ImGuiKey_MouseWheelY/X)
Adds ImGuiWindowFlags_NoScrollWithMouse flag to the WaveformGroup to prevent buggy horizontal scroll behaviour
