Documentation lies about ngscopeclient option format

In reality the options require two dashes, like --debug.

PDF docs (clearly shows one dash):

Also, I'd just accept all options with either one or two dashes, personally, on the basis of ngscopeclient not being primarily a CLI tool and so this would just reduce frustration at a little cost to usability. Although this prevents you from doing -qqq so I can see why someone would object.
