Please add support for pulling screenshots from a connected instrument #738

Many instruments have a screen and support pulling a screenshot from that.

I'd like to be able to do that with scopehal for viewing and storing in ngscopeclient. While the waveform display in those applications is good, it doesn't include other information displayed on the instrument.

I have a Rigol DS1054Z and a DG1022Z
